Over five decades of exceptional financial leadership define Mr. Cadé's distinguished career. As an independent banking professional and financial consultant since 1970, his expertise spanned continents and diverse institutions. Mr. Cadé launched his career at Group CIC before taking on the mantle of Chief of Corporate Banking at Banque Hottinguer & Cie. in Paris and strenghten his skills later as a General Manager at Banque Revillon showcasing his ability to lead and navigate complex financial landscapes. Throughout his career Mr. Cadé's leadership flourished across borders. He held General Manager positions at United Overseas Bank in Luxembourg and returned to Hottinger & Cie, managing their asset management branches in Luxembourg and Zurich. Mr. Cadé's unwavering pursuit of knowledge led him to delve into emerging markets like Mauritius and the UAE. He currently serves as General Manager at Goldert Advisors, Dubai, sharing his vast experience and insights.
Mr. Cadé's dual master's degrees in Political Sciences and Law from the prestigious Paris Institutes of Political Science provide a unique blend of strategic thinking and legal acumen.

Mona Lukas
With over 16 years of experience in banking and finance, Ms. Lukas brings a wealth of expertise and strategic vision to her role as Executive Director at Goldert Advisors, based in Dubai. Her career journey began in 2008 at a Zurich trustee office, where she honed her skills in accounting and tax services, building a foundation for client-centric financial guidance. In 2011, she joined Credit Suisse, embarking on a dynamic path within Compliance and Risk Management. Notably, she navigated various roles, demonstrating her adaptability and proficiency in mitigating financial risks. This experience culminated in a global shift in 2019, leading her to Goldert Advisors, where she now leverages her deep understanding of international regulations and markets to provide invaluable insights and guidance.
Ms. Lukas holds a master degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich. Her strong regulatory knowledge and strategic vision have made her an esteemed financial professional beyond national boundaries.

Ersan Guezel
Driven by a passion for financial service, Mr. Guezel brings over 15 years of experience to his role as Executive Director at Goldert Advisors in Dubai. His journey began in 2008 where he sharpen his skills and knowledge in Switzerland through diverse roles - from his early calling in financial services to a respected Executive Director, providing insightful financial and operational guidance to senior management. In 2018, Mr. Guezel embarked on a global adventure, joining Credit Suisse as an Investor Services and Funds Specialist. This international exposure further broadened his knowledge base and equipped him to deliver exceptional value to clients. In 2019 he joined the elite team at Goldert Advisors, Dubai. As Executive Director, he now leverages his global perspective to guide clients achieving their personal and financial goals.
Mr. Guezel holds a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Zurich, solidifying his academic foundation. He consistently leverages his analytical thinking and profound global market view to provide tailor-made wealth management solutions for his clients.
ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
Radhu Krishna
Ms. Krishna brings over 7 years of accounting and administrative expertise to her role as an Accounting Executive. Known for her strategic insights, she leverages her financial acumen to support management and clients with tailored guidance on financial, regulatory, and IT matters. Her proven track record include streamlining fiscal and financial management, successfully navigating tax complexity by fostering strong relationship with UAE authorities. Prior to joining Goldert Advisors in 2018, Ms. Krishna enhanced her analytical skills as a Website Developer at a leading IT company in India. This experience involved crafting client-driven application analyses and contributing to diverse projects, solidifying her understanding of technology's role in finance.
Ms. Krishna holds a Master's degree in Finance and Management from Herriot Watt University, Dubai, further consolidating her academic background.
